soweeee....
i have been busy with my face. LOL.
Trying to check and get information on facial care that I use on my face.
I used almost near 2 months only I knew the facial care I used was harming my face and causing my skin to dehydrated too badly until bumps, redness, itchiness occurs. I didn't know properly use any skincare before this.
I wanted to learn make up. Make myself look more presentable and hide my age. LOL. So, if i want make up, I need a good skin care to balance back right?
I have lots to learn.
Little did I know, what i thought was helping me was making the condition worst.
So, I tried many other products and go spa to make the condition better. My face skin haven't recover to the first stage but i hope it's going there.
Later i will post up the link what's to avoid in skin care ingredients. Although some people might have stronger skin or healthier skin that might not be affected by those ingredients.

Bloody Hell
today, i must write a post because...

Now, i don't have my dinner's soup and my wangzi's chicken stocks. ALL WASTED!

Bath Wangzi
Whole day was very windy. Strong wind sound ever than before. Scary.
Morning, after eat breakfast, went to vet to get the blood test result of Wangzi. Doc say it was bad. It was worst than ever before. Say normal count is suppose to be 50, it around 600 when first diagnose. Now, it's like 1500... Even doc and I can't explain that Wangzi looks normal. Doc say need to recheck blood next month, i suggest we do it earlier. I'm really worried. I really confuse and dunno wat to do...
Come back home, i bath wangzi. He was so willing to bath this time. Very weird. Usually hafta catch him to coax him to bath. He just follow me to his bath tub when i say bath. When i was half way drying him after bath...the extension wire going explode. A loud noise bang and small fireworks caused black marks on the wall. Luckily everyone was fine. Even the extension wire's plug was blown further few cm from the port.
Today, dinner tasted delicious. I ate a lot than I should.
Breakfast: Fried Mee Hoon
Dinner: Rice, Corn, White Straw Mushroom, Cabbage, Chicken Wing, Soya Sauce all mix up in the rice cooker...healthy and delicious! but i ate too much..hahaha
Exercise: Yes, but not enough.

Nicole's BBQ party
Morning~
Great day...my best friend Nicole Leong is having her birthday BBQ party at her house this evening. I'm going to her place around 3pm and see what i can help out with. I already prepare a special salad just now, hope it taste good.
Salad ingredient: Cabbage, Carrot, Apple, Pear, Guava, Lemon, Longan, Mayonnaise, Thousand Island. (Watercress and Watermelon works wonder also, even orange), didn't buy some purple cabbage for colour, should have. ahh..i forget black pepper. lol
This morning, I first time brought Wangzi to fresh market to have breakfast. He's gained sudden popularity there. I guess he must have enjoyed it.
I don't know if i still have energy to exercise later...

Energy
I don't know why...i feel having energy for a good walk on the threadmill. Most of the time I won't go as fast, even at 55 mins..i still wanna go on. But the time to cook dinner arrived so I gotta stop. Once stop, the pain and the tiredness only kicks in. hahaha, weird...I found out I don't even breathe hard or out of breath. It's like normal breathing. very weird...am i getting stamina or only today??
I tried my Lancome free gifts, the night cream and day cream..i think it still not suitable for me even this is my second try. My face went bumpy, itchy, redness. Though It does give the plump effect or it's just swell up from allergy? I'm not sure. Lucky, Aiiko say maybe it's too rich for my skin...so it will go bumpy. Ah..will i never get the right mosturizer? I've been hunting for so long..many of them too rich for me or it's not for sensitive skin. or it's not moisturize enough. haiz...
Finally have time to read the Female Mag I bought, so many introduction about hair products and make up..so wanna try them all.
Breakfast: Mee Hoon + Taufu + Brinjal
Late Lunch: 2 meat pao + 2 ham sui kok
Dinner: Rice + Mushroom char siew sao nyuk.
Weight before dinner: 63.6kg
Exercise: YES!

Keropoks!!! OH no...
Today is not a productive day.
I found out HSBC haven't been sending the cheque book for such a long time. Today only resign a paper of requesting for the book. =.=
I finally get my perfect mood to watch one of my favourite show 'The Vampire Dairies' aka TVD. Damon is still my first choice rather than Stefan. I ate crazy bunch of tidbits while watching the show.
It was almost 10pm when I ate my dinner and finished cooking everything (chicken stocks & prestock meat for Wangzi). I'll need to wait like 11pm to only exercise then it'll be too late when I'm finally done and bath. So I skip exercising today.
Breakfast: Mee Hoon plus Mee, Brinjal
Lunch: Tomato Chips, 2 packets of oatmeal biscuit munchies, 2 packets of japanese white crackers, 1 packet rice cracker, 1 packet of japanese ramen noodle crunchies, few bites of crab crackers, 1 ribena.
Dinner: Rice, Fish Ball + Snow Pea Veg (Dou miao)
Exercise: None

2)Three beauty products that contain cheduled poisons - tretinoin and hydroquinone have been banned by the Malaysian Health Ministry. Tretinoin could case redness to skin, discomfort, peeling of the skin, and hypersensitivity to the sun's ray, while hydroquinone could also cause imilar effects, besides skin discolouration.
3) Brush teeth twice a days help reduce risk of heart disease.
4)Lash Booster can changes your lashes to natural longer in a week.
5) If you steam your face, with open pores, your skincare products will work more effective. can make a do it yourself fruit acid toner (a lemon to a cup of water). apply to face for 10-15 mins. rince off. will remove oil, surface dirt and rejuvenate the skin.
6) Hyaluronic acid helps to retain moisture in the skin like a sponge. So use moisturisers with that. Fruit acid moisturiser is also good for removing dead and dull skin. Right moisturiser will combat dryness and flakiness. Moisturizer with Vitamin A(to stimulate collage growth.
7)Reduce puffiness in eyes, quick fix - cucumber, teabags or spons left in a freezer for 10 mins). Or use eye creams that contain caffeine but only be observed after diligent regular use.

My neck also very sore~~~
I donno why today my neck got so sore, must be sleep on the same side whole night. That's the result of sleeping like a log whole night ? or the pillow problem??? Ah...... I have like more then 3 pillow already, and yet the pillow still go flat after few month. Lousy pillow..... The most expensive pillow i bought here is like AUD$100++, still go flat after few month. What a lousy pillow that i pay for nothing.
Today I went out with my workmate, who i call her as my kai ma. She is very nice person, will take my housemate and I go to shopping sometimes. Sometimes she even cook us nice meal. She love Asian's cooking very much, she told us that most of the time she cook asian style food at home until she forget how to cook in Australian way. haha.... You will be surprise, most of the Aussie can use chopstick better then me... lolz... shame on me... =P Eh... today when i use the chopstick i can feel my finger so sore, and i feel that the food i grab with chopstick is heavy then normal as well. Well I went out for lunch with my workmate, but I did not eat much. No appetite also, don't know why? Maybe after few sick days, no appetite to eat? haha... no idea.... But I do wish that cut down food can lost weight also. Gib me Miracle please~~~ XD

Knee Pain
Brought Wangzi to see doctor today. His medical fees plus med cost me around RM285 and i forget to buy his ear/eye med. Hafta wait few days to know his blood test result.
I went supermarket and bought a lot of stuff. Many drinks and tidbits, lol i'm craving for them. The fresh chocolate milk has turned sour and not even reaching it's best before date. So disappointed. Recently, I drink plum juice everyday by few mouth full. I just love its taste.
Today, I tried to exercise but my knee went all pain on me. Weird. No idea what caused it so the exercise ended early.
Finally got time to post up those pictures from yesterday. My friend did a great job taking the pictures. Hopefully she wont' mind take more for me soon when i get slim down.

Butterfly on legs~!
It was hard day today, work until my legs are so sore. Guess I wont be going to bed so soon now, the job I am doing is not just mentally is also physically involve. Why mentally? Cause the old people sometimes can be incense, for example:
(When I am busy dealing with another resident, I still have to walk down from others corridor to see why resident ring bell)
Me : Hello~! What's wrong dear? Do you need help?
Resident : Oh~ Oh~ Did I ring the bell? I don't even know I did it. (The bell is in the hand, holding tightly... LOL)
Me : Oh... all right dear, if there is nothing I need to go now. Bye~
Resident : Oh~ Please don't go (Grab hand)
Me : What's wrong?
Resident : Oh~ Oh~ I just want someone to sit here with me.... ( Was like WTF, I cant finish my job already still ask me to sit down)
Me: I am sorry dear, I need to help others resident as well. Maybe later I come and see you, so do you want your light off, is bed time already.
Resident : Oh NO~ Please don't turn it off.... can you see what's under there ( pointing somewhere far away)
Me : Where? ( Know the resident trying hard to keep me there for a little bit longer. Not that I don't wanna stay there, but if everyone like that resident, I will have not enough times to finish my job. LOL)
Resident : There there.... ( still pointing around with no idea what she wanted)
Me : Nothing there, what do you want ? ( Getting annoyed by that resident already)
Resident : Oh~ Not there, there is something under picking on my legs. (I swear, we did her before and everything is just on the right place)
Me : Ok... Let me see ( undo the blanket, and saw the sheep skin was moving into another place, I think the resident kick it while asking me to look at others spot)
Me : Ok... Fix, now I have to go now. See ya! ( Phew~ Finally get out from that room)
PS: I notice that when someone know or feel that they are dying (mostly they don't die can last very long like this), they always do that. Too scare to die? Or still wish to stay longer....
Really stress out, when you meet this type of resident. So damn one~! They know you are busy, but still they want your attention for themselves, very selfish type. How on earth that 4 carer looking after nearly 40 resident, if everyone like that demanding we will never finish our job on time. LOL... So good money, pay the price as well. Sometimes, when you meet those crazy type family members. Is really make me feel like vomiting blood out~!

lunch : Vege chicken soup (Mushroom, tomato, vege and chicken mince) and corn chips (feeling like having something salty)
Dinner : curry beef (my friend make me dinner =D ) + Mini orange x3 ( very small can put one whole one in mouth =P)
Exercise : non (might go to gym soon, no motivation to workout at home)
Weight : 69 to 70kg (LOL, stuck at this weight now =<)

Dinner : curry beef (my friend make me dinner =D ) + Mini orange x3 ( very small can put one whole one in mouth =P)
Exercise : non (might go to gym soon, no motivation to workout at home)
Weight : 69 to 70kg (LOL, stuck at this weight now =<)

Pig Out
I am definitely need to stop eating like pig. Non-stop!
I ate an 'all you can eat buffet steamboat' at the same place celebrating moon cake festival one. Two of the aunts say wanna go try and eat because they're at KL when we ate there. This time I ate like crazy. I was too fulled when my favourite salad finally out. It was something with it special taste different from so many salad i've tried. I'll try to create the same taste one day.
Rewind back, this evening was i accompanying Nicole, Amy and my mom shopping at Suria. Nicole's birthday coming. I gave her my voucher so she can buy anything she likes herself there. We also saw a cute grassy dog deco, which I add to her as gift and I bought one for myself.


Earlier on, we went for movie 'Eat Pray Love' by Julia Roberts. I like the soul searching thing, not my usual likings but it's okay. Nicole & Amy doesn't seems to enjoy the movie. My mom like the movie strangely enough...she didn't fall asleep this time(most of the time she does).
Early morning photo shot (for me and Wangzi as remembrance) by Nicole and Amy, I was well prepared with my make up but what the heck...I don't have my fake eyelash on, my skin was bumpy, i haven't been exercising for 2 days, I didn't condition my hair well yesterday..everything feel like crap but promise is a promise. Lucky, most of the photographs turn well. Only some can see my bumpy face. Nicole did a great job framing and choosing angle. I think she's gonna be a superb photographer soon. I hope I can earned enough money to buy my own great camera soon, so I can join in the fun.

Extra Helper~
Yea~~ no more running nose~~~ But my skin go really dry, even i drink lot of fluids.( T___T Help~~ don't like the feeling).
Now I looking for extra info about how food can help to burn fat, according to the website it said food that high in protein and fiber can burn fat around the middle. It said our body need more energy to digest protein than it does to digest fat, the more calories your body burn (PS: but dont over eating protein is not good as well... hmm... will look into this next). Here some of the food the website show:
1. Egg (Super high in protein) - to reduce the cholesterol intake from eating too many eggs, you can remove the yolk and still benefit from the high protein contained in eggs. Eggs contain the vitamin B12 which is a great supplement for breaking down fat cells (It said recent study shown that dietary cholesterol has a minimal impact on blood cholesterol. Dietary fat is the real culprit, which is what raises your bad cholesterol levels.)
2. Low fat dairy products (such as non fat yogurt and low-fat milk) - It help to strengthen your bones, an essential role in burning that unwanted body fat. Just don't overdo it and watch the proportions and perhaps switch over to the low or no fat varieties.
3. Beans (good sources for protein, fiber and Iron; Best kinds of beans to eat are navy beans, white beans, kidney beans and lima beans) - Refried or baked bean is No NO~~ As refried beans contain tons of saturated fat (extra fat gaining) while baked beans are usually loaded in sugar (sugar that we don't need). Getting better~
wao~ finally feel better, but the stupid medication I have I think is way too strong for me (Feel dizzy but dont have running nose already~ Which is good~!)
Today I was thinking to go out have lunch with my housemate, but she didnot tell me what time when when also. So I end up going out myself and have lunch at Sushi train, forgot I should not have fish when have running nose, I ate a plate of Salmon's skin and bowl of rice with chicken with miso soup.
After lunch, I have little walk in the city and head off to work. It was a bad day, both bus i am trying to catch all didnot turn up on times. I am still very angry with this problem, and this is not the first time already. But overall I am happy during my shift, not much happen so is cool~! love it.. keke...
Breakfast : None
Lunch : Salmoon skin and bowl of rich with chicken and miso soup.

My Last Shopping Day (hopefully)
I went shopping again today at City Mall's Body Shop. Bought eyeliner sharpener, 3 more brushes and a facial blotter. Bought Revlon's cat eyes mascara at Guardian. I have to stop and need to stop. Hopefully I won't buy any make up until Chinese New Year reached. Hopefully~
I was still craving Konloumee from yesterday..went and eat it for lunch. Lazy to exercise today. Don't have the mood.
I bought an apple few days ago, and it's almost rotten inside. RM3.20 for a rotten apple? It look so beautiful and fresh on the outside.
Tomorrow's a holiday. Need to bath Wangzi, he's very smelly. Worried about his health if he bath too much might get cold since he's not strong like before. Wangzi need to be cleaned and beautiful by Sunday because planned to have a photoshoot with him. Nicole Leong will be the honored photographer. Really thanks to her even she's very busy and tired.

Temptation!
Today's all about temptation!
This morning I ate konloumee which I should eat mee hoon because it's more fattening since I ate too much yesterday. But i was craving for konloumee, even by the minute i'm typing now.
I went crazy over shopping again today. Bought bunch of stuff that I want not need. This is something so wrong. But why I kept doing it? It's dangerous to give a shopaholic a credit card. I thought I have it all control, boy i was wrong..

Then I ate KFC. Yes, Kentucky Fried Chicken Snack Plate, Spicy Thigh & Drumstick with bread, mash potato and coleslaw. Clean plate, finger licking good. But it's all gonna spike up my cholestrol level again. I said I must not eat any dinner after this heavy meal.
And, my mind is not following my order. I ate dinner with my mom at Taiwan Little Corner.

Eat, eat, eat! Shop, shop, shop!
at least i exercised? =.= not an excuse hor?
Blah...

I have busy day today, was cleaning my room (Found lots of junk =_="" No more shopping for me~!)
Today info that I read from a magazine:
It said Eating a diet high in fruit and vegetables protects from number of diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and some cancers. They are loaded with vitamins and minerals, fibre and other beneficial components. It is important to eat fruit and vegetables every day to grow and stay healthy. It suggest that each days we should go for 2 fruit and 5 vegetables.
Breakfast : Dry Biscuit and Milk
Late Lunch/Dinner : Chicken soup ( Wing's Drumstick x2, Vege, Tomato, Mushroom and garlic)
Exercise: Non~
Today's weight: 69.5 ( Not drinking enuf again =_=""")

I just finished prepared Wangzi's meat portion to stock up in fridge for daily usage. Cooking his chicken stocks for as soup.
I am happy that Wangzi has a suprising good turn in his health. He's eating more. His pee finally turn back yellowish not like orangish this morning. His Poo is more brown than his last time pale one. This is miracle.
I finally get what he likes for his oatmeal. He likes Anzen's Organic Rolled Oatmeal cooked but shape still there not like porridge all soften up. It will took exactly 5 mins to the precise taste he wanted. Wangzi definately can't eat brown rice, doesn't seems to digest it.
Tomorrow plan was to go Parkson's Members day and go shopping again. I need to prepared to think what to buy so I don't over spend.
Lunch: 2 Chicky Biscuit & 1 Pear
Dinner: White Rice & Veg
Exercise: 150 Cal, 40 mins..
Weight: 63.8kg taken on 11pm

I wanna look good, live well and feel great~~!
I know is not easy to make myself look good, but I will try my best to make it and keep it. Well hungriness always on strike now a day, cause of the body refuse to use the conserve energy? Or it just my brain try to manipulate me to eat more? XD No... No.... Must fight back this time, I tell my brain do not do that to me, cause i wanna wear back my mini skirt.
Therefore to beat cravings and ravenous appetites are essential, especially throughout this diet period. I know this is kinda hard during this period, there is high risk of slipping into poor eating habits (must take note of this problem). I do have time that craving for salty or sweet food, I always use the alternative food if I can help it such as replace chips to rice cracker, try fruit instead of snakes like chocolates or sweet (Super hard to resist to chocolate, cause everytimes when i pass by the super nice chocolate shop I feel like buying one pack =_="" Chocoholic already). This is better and healthy diet that contain natural sugars as well as vitamins, minerals and fibre. Beside that, reminding myself "You are what you eat~!", is very useful by doing that it remind me having junk food can make me lose my figure.

Dinner : Stir fried Lamb meat with vege + honey tea
Exercise : Nada~

Don't have electricity..haiya
Breakfast: Mee Hoon & Brinjal
Lunch: 2 Banana, 1 chicky biscuit, 2 plum
Evening: Fried Rice & Fried Chicken, Cola, Fishballs x 4 biji
Night: I'm waiting for hunger to kicks in...
Exercise:

This morning, beside all in my minds is food...don't have electricity for whole morning. So I went out. I found out 'Pick n Pay' already renovated and it look good. Feel more comfortable shopping inside and i love the sushi bar. My aunt complains about the pricing there though.
Next stop is Parkson at Wawasan Plaza. Browse through some cosmetic counters, accessories n clothes. Got a nice top that i like but it cost like RM133.00, this month budget was all blown out of shape. They say they gonna have 20% on this thursday..yikes! no....what should i do? buy or not buy? i have too much clothes already eh? I think I need to save aside for other things first.
I was having fun chatting with Nicole on the phone while feeding wangzi dinner. Until we(wangzi and I) walked upstairs when wangzi finished his meal, he PEE half way on the staircases!!! Never he ever did that. Grrr...
I don't know why he kept peeing all over recently. Bladder out of control? He did pee more frequent that he used to...haiz..
Today overall: 8/10 = Happy

I have a lovely day today, love it when is sunny day (But still very cold toh). Today i saw some nice tips from a book, put this out to share~~~
Diet tip 1 : Eat low-fat protein with each meal. Good choices include nuts, seeds, legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat and organic chicken and yoghurt.
Diet tip 2 : Include plenty of fibre rich foods into diet. High fibre foods such as wholegrain cereals, legumes and fresh fruit and vegetables are good for bowel health and digestion, it also help to promote wright loss because they're usually filling and low in fat.

Dinner : Strawberry + Red bean bun x2

"You are What You Eat~!"
I came out a new idea about how to lost weight, hopefully this will work. I will share this with Yume and friends, that is to lost weight is to cut down what we eat and let body reuse all the conserve energy. As you know, we are what we eat. How and why? Cause we are really what we eat, the cause of getting fatter and fatter each days not because we are lack of exercise cause we putting in the 'bad' food inside our body.
A study from John Glynn (Sydney ecercise specialist) stated " It would take seven hours of walking everyday for a week to lose just one kilogram and only then if the person ate no "bad" food the entire seven days. So food is the main things that make us turn into today body. >_<""" Not only that the right food choices can reduce our kilojoules intake by thousands every day. It would take over five or six hours of exercise to get the same benefit. So what do you think? To eat more or eat less? The study also show that 70 per cent of weight loss comes from cutting your portion size down and 30 per cent comes from exercise ( Julie Gilbert , Dietitians Association of Australia).
Therefore, my plan is:
1. To reduce all the food intake and break them into few small meals. Instead of taking 3 big
meals, make them into 6 small meals.
2. Every times eat must chew 30 times before swallow it.
3. No drink before and after food.
(According to someone this can cause poor indigestion, will cause big fat belly<- a NO NO.)

Morning
I'm so hungry right now..wake up with Wangzi peeing in my room nearby the door. I am late this morning as I usually wake up around 7am. He waited around 8:30am before unleashing his pipe. Maybe it was because I gave him some chicken soup last night before I went to rest, my own fault..lol.
Scrub half of the tiles at backyard until I'm feeling a bit of backpain now. I'm suspecting the tiles was filled with cleaning chemical that was not properly washed away causing all this liver disease with Wangzi. Toxic. If that's the problem, I'll feel so guilty for letting him stay out there for months in the morning.
I'm going out for breakfast soon and today is going back to old house for some junks.

Just took a bath after back from going through old stuff of assignment from college days. Plan to watch a movie, hopefully can get ticket to 'Cheng Zhen'. Need to go HSBC to pay off some bills and get some grocceries for my today list. Thought of dress up n make up for these but..at end i'm just plain lazy. Wearing my kitty's eyes t-shirt n mid length comfortable grey pants.

Back. I manage to catch 'The Return of Cheng Zhen' at Suria KK. I LOVE DONNIE YEN! He's so man! Still, the movie was great but wasn't as great as 'Ip Man'. Only the opening part where he dodges bullet was an impact in my memory. 'Ip Man 1 & 2' has amazing scenes like the chicken feather stick fight, the bag of rice fight, the last fight in part 1, the fish stall saving student fight, the table fight with sammo, the boxer fight last part 2. PLUS...there's a problem watching the whole movie in a BAD condition. The guy sitting next to me, smell like foul heavy smoker + smelly feet odour. I did not enjoy the whole process...almost want to stop breathing.
Still, lucky Donnie Yen worth me to watch the whole movie in such a condition.
I am too tired to do any exercise which I thought I might when i reached home. Well...
Breakfast: Big Sarawak KonLouMee at Inanam(I'm hungry okie!) & half milk bun
Dinner: Chicken Rice + Tauhu & Mince Meat, Rojak Buah & lemonade~
Exercise: Cleaning Tiles, Mopped floor at old house, Wash 5 pieces of rags (please count at exercise, lol)
Real Exercise: Nada~

Moshi~ Moshi~ Ogenki Desu ka~~~ (^-^)
First of all, I wanted to thank Yume for adding me as part of the blogy~~~ It will be great to blogging together. I think one person do it is not that easy, but when you are sharing with friends will be better. (PS: The best way is to let everyone know you wanna lost weight, so they will watch out for you also and remind you all the times.)
I am looking forward to slim down, since I came here the food and clothes size are getting bigger. Which I donno how I go into that, but easy to do it without knowing it. Mainly cause by lack of daily's activity, stress, no one looking after you when you are by your own ( miss my mom neg at me) and etc.... Really looking forward to slim down again =D So Yume~ Lets work hard together~~~ Lets cheer for our health and new life~~~
I love this sentences " No ugly women, only lazy women." = D Always remind me that, if u wanna look pretty, you must make time for it not just sit there and wait. And one more i heard it from somewhere, "If you dont make yourself look pretty, man will never want to know you." (As men are vision animal, XD).

I always wanted to share with friends about how we gonna combat our fitness daily routine. Aiiko, thanks for sharing with me in this blog...hopefully we're gonna have great time blogging here.
I really started to look forward a more healthy life when I found out i have high cholesterol recently. My hands and legs are always numb and it's causing difficulty to hold anything including driving. I have my blood test check when my face even start to get numb. I think it's almost 2 months ago, and i was like 70kg back then. I'm cutting back on my food amount ( sometimes can't help the temptation though), exercise more. No more numb currently...
Since I'm going to change how i life...why not as well try to look more beautiful. I'm finally giving in the need of make up. I know the magic power of make up but just too long process and i have sensitive skin that need to look out for what i use on my skin.
Today weight's: 63.9kg
Breakfast: Kon lou mee with beef.
Lunch: White Mee Hoon with taufu & Brinjal
Dinner: Rice with Sweet sour prawn & veg (su zhai chai with egg)
