60 minutes plan!

it's already been 3 days straight exercised for at least 60 minutes on treadmill. Increased by double, I couldn't help by keep checking on the time, 'is it done yet?'

Prior to the holiday, weight had been increased to 65kg. These few days, the weight yo-yo between 62kg to the lightest is 60.9kg. Seems like it's very hard to hit the 5-ish.

Well, i will try to keep up with the new 60 mins routine and see the result in a month or two.

Aiiko said that she had craving for KFC, and this morning...the craving has passed on to me. Scrazy! No....I don't want to have craving...
