I was talking with Amanda on msn, we talked about diet. She told me about her diet ideology, that other people taught her so. I think it's great to share here.
Amanda's diet tips.
1. don't eat dairy products like cheese, milk, yogurt or any other products made from milk. we don't have the proper enzyme to digest dairy products properly. that's why ang moh are more big size than us cuz they eat dairy products everyday.
2. eat ONLY fruits in the morning and only in the morning. don't eat anything else except fruits from 4am-11:30am cuz our digestive system cant digest anything else except fruits from 4am-11:30am. that's why if u eat other stuff like carbs or meat or eggs or beans from 4am-11:30am, u'll gain weight cuz the food wont be digested. u can have as much fruits as u want from 4am-11:30am & u wont get fat from eating them. if you feel hungry again after eating fruits for breakfast, you can eat more fruits again until 11:30am (just eat until you feel full). try to take cold element fruits like jambu, apple, orange, watermelon, honeydew, grapes, etc. cuz the pills will burn ur fat and make u feel heaty.
4. no food after 8pm. our digestive system stops digesting food after 8pm. therefore, the latest time to have dinner is at 7:30pm. people who eat after 8pm can gain weight easily cuz food stop digesting after 8pm. if u feel hungry after 8pm, take fruit juice until u feel full.
the oil u use to cook ur food should be olive oil or canola oil or sesame oil. best if use olive oil. good oil can help u lose weight if u use it to cook food. Avoid junk food or food with preservatives or chemical additives or colorings. These will accumulate toxins inside your body and make u gain weight. Buy organic products if possible. Use organic honey to replace sugar. Use organic seasonings that you can get from organic food stores instead of seasonings with chemicals from the supermarket. It is also healthy to use herbs (best brand is McCormick) as seasonings in food, soup, etc. try to eat whole wheat bread or whole wheat pasta or red rice/unhulled rice for carbs cuz these contains more fiber good for weight loss. If u must eat white bread or rice, take in very small portion.
11. chew slowly. cuz if u chew slowly and make sure the food is shredded into lilttle pieces by your teeth before u swallow, u can lose weight faster cuz the food can be digested easier by the digestive juice. im sure u’ve noticed that skinny people always chew slower and eat slower. when you chew slowly, the brain will send signal and tell ur body that u r already full so u wont over eat.
Drink plenty of water, Plenty.
