Extra Helper~

Yea~~ no more running nose~~~ But my skin go really dry, even i drink lot of fluids.( T___T Help~~ don't like the feeling).

Now I looking for extra info about how food can help to burn fat, according to the website it said food that high in protein and fiber can burn fat around the middle. It said our body need more energy to digest protein than it does to digest fat, the more calories your body burn (PS: but dont over eating protein is not good as well... hmm... will look into this next). Here some of the food the website show:

1. Egg (Super high in protein) - to reduce the cholesterol intake from eating too many eggs, you can remove the yolk and still benefit from the high protein contained in eggs. Eggs contain the vitamin B12 which is a great supplement for breaking down fat cells (It said recent study shown that dietary cholesterol has a minimal impact on blood cholesterol. Dietary fat is the real culprit, which is what raises your bad cholesterol levels.)

2. Low fat dairy products (such as non fat yogurt and low-fat milk) - It help to strengthen your bones, an essential role in burning that unwanted body fat. Just don't overdo it and watch the proportions and perhaps switch over to the low or no fat varieties.

3. Beans (good sources for protein, fiber and Iron; Best kinds of beans to eat are navy beans, white beans, kidney beans and lima beans) - Refried or baked bean is No NO~~ As refried beans contain tons of saturated fat (extra fat gaining) while baked beans are usually loaded in sugar (sugar that we don't need). Reminder : Be sure to cook beans thoroughly, as some certain beans can cause digestive tracks are not adapted to breaking down some proteins this can create any unnecessary turbulence in belly.

4. Oatmeal (Some great nutritional qualities) - May help to lower your cholesterol level (Also beneficial in fighting colon cancer and heart disease). As they contain soluble fiber which helps reduce blood cholesterol by flushing those bad digestive acids out of your system. The best kind of oatmeal to eat is unsweetened and unflavored, if must sweeten do so by adding fruit like raisins or dried cranberries and honey.

5. Olive Oil (The 'Good Fat') - It rich in monounsaturated fat, is a type of fat that provide outstanding health benefits. (One ounce of extra virgin olive oil contains about 85% of faily valur of monounsaturated fat.

6. Whole Grains - This is the food that haven't been processed and contain the fiber and minerals your body needs. If diet without carbohydrates, your body will start to crave for them. So will be good idea to get the right kinds that are good for your body.

7. Lean Cuts of Meat - such as turkey (Look for free range and non-injected) and beef (Look fo the leanest cuts such as "loin" or "round" on the labels) are great for building muscle and boosting the immune system. Salmon and tuna are also good sources of protein and is also good for giving your immune system a nice boost and should be consumed at least 3 times a week (Both contain omega-3 fatty acids).

8. Healthy snack options :
- popcorn ( without salt, butter or sugar) it is high in fiber and low in calories.
-almonds and other nuts ( contained monosaturated fat, high in Vitamin E - type of antioxidant, fiber and magnesium) This type of fat help to clear your arteries.
-Sunflower seeds (like cousin to the nut) - be sure not to lick the salt from the shell, or else will turns into a not-so-healthy snack.
- Peanut butter (Help to fill you up quickly, but not overdo as peanut butter is considered a high-calorie food) - watch the consumption of it.
- low fat yogurt - to replace ice cream.

Breakfast / Lunch : Stir fried beef noodles + onion pan cake 1/2
Dinner : Bean's Porridge
