I wanna look good, live well and feel great~~!

I know is not easy to make myself look good, but I will try my best to make it and keep it. Well hungriness always on strike now a day, cause of the body refuse to use the conserve energy? Or it just my brain try to manipulate me to eat more? XD No... No.... Must fight back this time, I tell my brain do not do that to me, cause i wanna wear back my mini skirt.

Therefore to beat cravings and ravenous appetites are essential, especially throughout this diet period. I know this is kinda hard during this period, there is high risk of slipping into poor eating habits (must take note of this problem). I do have time that craving for salty or sweet food, I always use the alternative food if I can help it such as replace chips to rice cracker, try fruit instead of snakes like chocolates or sweet (Super hard to resist to chocolate, cause everytimes when i pass by the super nice chocolate shop I feel like buying one pack =_="" Chocoholic already). This is better and healthy diet that contain natural sugars as well as vitamins, minerals and fibre. Beside that, reminding myself "You are what you eat~!", is very useful by doing that it remind me having junk food can make me lose my figure.

Breakfast + Lunch : Chocolate bar (>_< see I cant help it, mouth itchy)
Dinner : Stir fried Lamb meat with vege + honey tea
Exercise : Nada~
Today's weight: Did not weight myself
