Relaxing~

I have a lovely day today, love it when is sunny day (But still very cold toh). Today i saw some nice tips from a book, put this out to share~~~


Diet tip 1 : Eat low-fat protein with each meal. Good choices include nuts, seeds, legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat and organic chicken and yoghurt.

Diet tip 2 : Include plenty of fibre rich foods into diet. High fibre foods such as wholegrain cereals, legumes and fresh fruit and vegetables are good for bowel health and digestion, it also help to promote wright loss because they're usually filling and low in fat.


Breakfast / Lunch: Pearl Barlay Soup + Honey and Stew lamb + potato + vege + corn
Dinner : Strawberry + Red bean bun x2
Exercise: When for a walk in the city for 2 hours. (Love Sunny day)
Today's weight: 70kg (Uh... I am right, didnot drink enuf water)

    i heard from my cuz say peanuts r like 50 cals? sunflower seed, pistacio more like it..lol
